KENNER, LA – October 06, 2026 – PRESSADVANTAGE –
Liquid Construction Solutions, a professional pool building company serving New Orleans and Metairie, is drawing attention to its swimming pool remodeling and renovation services, an area of its business that many area homeowners have not previously associated with the company.
While Liquid Construction has built a reputation for constructing custom pools and luxury outdoor spaces across Louisiana, the company reports growing demand from homeowners looking to update existing pools rather than build new ones. In response, the company is placing greater emphasis on helping clients reimagine aging backyards through comprehensive renovation work.
A pool renovation can include updated tile, modern water features, refinished surfaces, and new deck materials, along with the integration of outdoor living elements such as kitchens, patio covers, and hardscapes. According to the company, many existing pools remain structurally sound but visually and functionally outdated, making a remodel a practical alternative to full replacement.
“A great deal of homeowners assume that an older pool simply has to stay the way it is, when in fact there are extensive options for bringing it up to current standards,” said Mike McSpadden, project director at Liquid Construction Solutions. “Much of the work involves evaluating what is already in place and then updating the materials, design, and surrounding spaces so the entire backyard functions as a cohesive environment.”
The company follows a step-by-step process that begins with design and planning and continues through construction and finishing work. Clients are paired with a team of specialists who assess the existing structure, discuss design preferences, and outline a renovation plan tailored to the property. Projects may address a single element, such as a resurfaced pool or new pool deck, or combine several improvements into a larger outdoor transformation.
Beyond the pool itself, Liquid Construction Solutions offers outdoor kitchen construction, screen rooms, patio covers, and hardscape features including walkways, patios, and retaining walls. The company notes that renovation clients frequently combine pool updates with these additional elements to create unified outdoor living areas suited to family gatherings and social events.
“Renovation gives people the chance to rethink how they use their outdoor space entirely,” McSpadden said. “In many cases the result is a backyard that reflects the way the household actually lives, rather than the way the space was originally designed years earlier.”
The company also provides financing options intended to make larger renovation projects more manageable for homeowners who prefer to spread out the cost of the work. A project gallery featuring previous construction and renovation work is available for prospective clients to review.
