In this role, Mr. Novak will provide fiduciary, advisory, and wealth planning guidance to support Glenmede clients as they pursue their wealth management objectives. He will also partner closely with his advisory, tax, and wealth planning colleagues to deliver tailored advice for each client relationship.

Mr. Novak has more than 30 years of experience in the wealth management industry. Most recently, he served as Senior Fiduciary Officer/Senior Vice President at Northern Trust Corporation, where he was responsible for managing the trust practice in Ohio, supporting the strategic direction for the development of the Ohio trust practice and working to acquire new business opportunities. Previously, he was a Personal Trust Officer/Senior Vice President at Key Private Bank, managing high-net-worth client relationships in the Family Wealth division.
Mr. Novak earned his Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in banking and finance, from Case Western Reserve University and his Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Dayton. He is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland, where he has served on the board since 2017, most recently as president. He also serves on the Southwest General Hospital Foundation Board and the associated Investment and Finance Committees.
