Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Virginia and Privia Health have reached a new agreement that will continue providing Anthem members with in-network access to Privia Medical Group physicians across Virginia.
The agreement reflects a shared commitment to ensuring Virginians have access to high-quality healthcare while advancing value-based care and helping keep healthcare affordable.

Privia Health supports independent physician practices through a physician-led model designed to strengthen care coordination, improve patient outcomes, and help practices succeed in value-based care while maintaining physician autonomy.
The new agreement builds on Anthem and Privia’s longstanding relationship and creates opportunities for continued collaboration around quality, patient outcomes, care coordination, and value.
