Kick It Soccer Announces 27th Anniversary Vail Colorado World Finals Tournament with Expanded International Participation

Denver, Colorado – June 24, 2026 – PRESSADVANTAGE –

Kick It Soccer has announced expanded international participation and new individual registration options for the Vail World Finals & World Championships 3v3 Soccer Tournament 2026, marking the 27th anniversary of the one of the longest-running 3v3 soccer tournaments in North America. The tournament will take place July 25-26, 2026, at the Vail Athletic Fields in Vail, Colorado.

The 2026 tournament introduces significant changes to accommodate more players worldwide, including new individual registration options that allow solo players to join teams without pre-formed groups. The tournament is expected to feature increased international participation, with teams from multiple countries competing in youth and adult divisions.

“The evolution of our Vail tournament reflects the global growth of 3v3 soccer and the increasing demand for accessible, high-level competition,” said Dan Stratford, Tournament Director for Kick It Soccer. “By introducing individual registration alongside our traditional team format, we’re removing barriers that previously prevented talented players from participating in this world-class event.”

The tournament format includes pool play on Saturday, followed by cup and championship divisions on Sunday. Beyond the main 3v3 competition, organizers have added 1v1 Challenge and 2v2 Soccer Tennis tournaments, providing additional competitive opportunities for participants. A Friday night activation event featuring Soccer Tennis and live music will kick off the weekend festivities.

Registration options reflect the tournament’s inclusive approach. Youth individual registration costs $105 per player and includes a paid, qualified coach to guide assembled teams. Adult and U19 individual registration is available at $65 per player. Traditional team registration follows a tiered pricing structure, with early bird rates at $389 through June 8, standard registration at $419 through July 1, and late registration at $449 through July 21.

The tournament’s growth mirrors broader trends in small-sided soccer development across North America. The 3v3 format provides players with increased ball touches, faster decision-making opportunities, and enhanced skill development compared to traditional 11v11 soccer. These benefits have driven participation growth in 3v3 tournaments nationwide, with the Vail event serving as the pinnacle competition for many programs.

Participating teams can order custom Macron Kick It 3v3 jerseys and uniforms specifically designed for the tournament. Awards will recognize first, second, and third place finishers in each division, along with sportsmanship awards celebrating fair play and positive competition.

The Vail location provides an ideal setting for the international competition, with high-altitude training benefits and scenic mountain surroundings. The athletic fields have hosted the tournament for over two decades, establishing Vail as a destination for elite youth and adult soccer competition.

Kick It 3v3 Soccer, established in 1990, has served millions of participants through its network of small-sided soccer tournaments across North America. The organization pioneered the 3v3 format in the United States, developing standardized rules and tournament structures that have become the foundation for small-sided soccer competition nationwide. The company operates tournaments, camps, and licensing programs designed to make soccer more accessible and developmentally appropriate for players of all ages and skill levels.
